WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOTH PACKAGE PURCHASE
|
|
Your booth purchase provides either a 10' x 10' booth in the Barnes Field House (BFH) or an 8' x 10' booth
in the Pavilion: carpet is included, back and side drapes, one standard 500 watt quad box and booth ID sign. NOTE: You may purchase a booth size in Barnes Field up to 40' x 40'. The cost of
the booth is a multiple of the size times the cost for a 10' x 10' or an 8' x 10. BFH "END CAPS" 10' X 20' are at $4,000 (New placements). Any furniture,
decorations or added power is available through our contracted show decorator, US EXPO & convention services.
Booth Assignment Policy
- Booths are assigned by the Exhibits Promoter on a first come basis based upon date
financial commitment is received
- Returning exhibitors are guaranteed the same booth(s) until March 31, 2008. All unsecured booths are released on April 1, 2008 and
marketed worldwide.
- All exhibitors should be aware that this show has limited space to work with. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests
