Mobile apps are a very important and powerful tool to leverage at conferences nowadays. Most mobile apps stand alone. Our mobile app is connected to a much broader system.

The X-CD mobile app operates as not as a stand alone mobile app, but as an output of the program that you build, which is created by managing your speakers and proposals. Everything is directly integrated. Collect your abstracts or proposals, review them, schedule them, and then output your program as a mobile app. The process is smooth, quick and easy. No spreadsheets. No dual entry to make changes. Just one hub for your program that displays immediately across all program outputs (web, mobile app, proceedings and event print).

Note: After the native app is downloaded to the users phone, all conference and program data is stored locally on their device. They do not need an active data/internet connection to use the app and browse the program

Each time the user opens the app with an active data/internet connection, it will automatically pull the most recent program information and announcements (if any)

Web App

A web-based mobile app could be the perfect option for you. With our mobile web app, you can share your program data, including full abstracts, associated speaker uploads (papers, PPTs, PDF’s etc) to all your delegates to browse on-site or on their computers. With many of the same program features as our full native app, real time program updates, and associated speaker uploads available at the click of a button, you’ll wonder why you haven’t been using a web app for years.
