Exhibitor tradeshow booth selction can be a complex process. With X-CD's customized systems we take the complexity out of the process and make booth registration an easy process for your exhibitors.

Exhibitors can select booth sizes they wish to purchase and may also include preferences as to location or booth number. Exhibitor form may also include sponsorships, advertising etc. Our systems will notify exhibitor, by email, once final booth has been assigned.

Exhibitor may receive complimentary registrations based on sponsor levels and booth sizes.

Standard	Optional	Features
		Allows exhibitor to signup to exhibit. Exhibitor must login first to begin registration process. If individual is currently in the contact database, then individual will use login. Exhibitor may define several contacts from the contacts database or add new contacts.
		Exhibitor begins by selecting booth size they wish to purchase. May also include preferences as to location or booth number. Exhibtor form will also include any sponsorships, advertising etc. they may with to sign up for. NOTE: System will notify Exhibitor, by email, once final booth has been assigned. Exhibitor will also be able to view their exhibit location within the exhibitor site.
		Exhibitor may receive complimentary registrations assigned based on sponsor levels/booth sizes.
		Exhibitor may pay for purchases with online payment or P.O. or check
		Exhibitor after registering for a booth may also purchase additional sponsorships, advertising at later time.
		Allows exhibitor to make payments, print statements with invoice and payment status.
		Allow exhibitor to upload company logo
		Exhibitor may also include exhibitor profile, including text profile, contact info, email, website (this will be customized according requirements). Note: Conference may also include selected categories that exhibitor may choose to further define their products
		Exhibitor will also be able to register it’s exhibit staff
