Like the abstract collection system we use your website look and feel to build your customized online paper collection system.

Authors enter from your website and fill in their personal data in forms that you define (unless they have already submitted an abstract). All form information is collected along with their papers (as PDF, Word docs or other format) in a backend database which can be sorted by a system administrator by author, title, etc. Each author is provided with a login ID for re-entry into the system or for uploading their revised paper at a later date.

Papers can be peer reviewed and sent to any number of reviewers for comments or scoring/rating.

Main author screen has menu to navigate author site
Submit Papers Features – Author can submit draft and final papers. Can also resubmit draft and final papers. Papers, once uploaded are renamed to author ID. System can be setup to force authors to review/update title and author information when submitting a draft or final paper.
Papers can be submitted in Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint or any other file types.
Author Forms – Author can download submission guidelines. Author can also download copyright forms, customized paper template (See Advance options)

Administrator has full access to all papers.
Administrator may update any part of the proposal, may also delete or assign to withdrawn
Searches for papers by author name, paper ID, Topic or Session to which paper was submitted.
View status of submissions, papers in, draft papers submitted, final papers submitted, assigned reviewers, copyright status, approval status
View all submitted papers. May also have access to download and re-upload revised papers.
Add/Delete/Update Reviewers (if Peer Review is purchased). Assign papers to reviewers by paper ID or by Topic area. Email is generated by system to reviewers as papers are assigned
Administrator may also have a Broadcast email function where administrator may write and send out emails to either individuals or groups i.e. authors and/or reviewers (pricing on request)
Administrative Reports:

- No. of Papers received
- No. of Papers reviewed
- No. of Papers accepted
Customized reports can be developed
Reports can be printed
Reports can be downloaded to Excel
