Managing author copyrights by fax can be a frustrating and time consuming process for a conference. We now offer a unique service which takes control of the copyright process. X-CD’s online E-Copyright collection system manages your process from start to finish and takes out the manhours associated with this task. This system can save you thousands of dollars.

Our system can also interface with the IEEE copyright system. Your authors may access directly the IEEE copyright submission site for each of their papers.

Login Screen: Author logs in using his/her username

Copyright Form: Copyright is dynamically created and appears on screen with author name entered along with all paper titles this author has in the system (or one copyright can be printed per author paper)

Electronic Agreement: Below the copyright form author acknowledges and accepts the terms of copyright. Authors types in name and clicks button that electroic submission is acceptable.

 Print and Sign Option: Author can also click that he/she wishes to send a faxed hardcopy copyright. Printable copyright opens and may be printed. Author signs and sends back to designated fax number on the form

Incomng fax converted to digital file and stored in backend system with author ID and name
