conditions. Acceptance will allow you to proceed to the registration process.
Cancellation policy:
Registration cancellations received by the College of Nursing on or before Friday, December 14, 2007 will receive a full
refund, less a $50 Administrative Fee. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute. Cancellations received after close of
business Friday, December 14, 2007 are nonrefundable.
