WEPAN (Women in Engineering Programs and Advocates Network) and NAMEPA (National Association of Minority Engineering Program Administrators) hold the copyright to the Conference Proceedings for the 2005 WEPAN NAMEPA Third Joint National Conference. To have work included in the WEPAN NAMEPA Third Joint National Conference Proceedings (WEPAN NAMEPA Proceedings, or Proceedings), all authors must fill out and return a "Non-Exclusive Rights Agreement". >hyperlink to form<

Reprint Permission

No part of the WEPAN NAMEPA Proceedings may be reproduced in any form without written permission. Proceedings include all papers available at press time. To obtain permission to reproduce individual papers from Proceedings, contact the lead author directly.
