We can make changes to attendees names, and add guest tickets. Before we had to pre print the badges 3 weeks before the meeting and stuff them in our office, and when we would get on site there would always be issues and changes with attendees and it was nearly impossible to reprint badges onsite.”

  • Pre printing badges before the event was time consuming
  • Badges would become dated after being printed, and printing badges on site was difficult
  • Tracking session attendance was painful for admins and members with manual sign in sheets for tracking CME credits 
  • Taking payments from attendees on site was clunkuy 


  • X-CD the OnSite App in 2023 for the first time for badge printing and CE Session Scanning 
  • In 2024 X-CD introduced X-CD Payments on site, which was utilized for taking outstanding registration balances using the On Site Module 
  • Donation Kiosk was used on site to collect donations to the Macula Endowment store which is managed through X-CD 


  • Significantly reduced the administrative burden on staff before, during and after the event 
  • All badges and reprints are printed on demand from badge kiosks 
  • All attendee guests passes and tickets print sequentially after the main attendee checks in 
  • Attendees administered CME check ins indipendently from CME Session Scanning Kiosk 
  • Frictionless payments on site for attendees with balances, or who donated to endowment
